Linda is a mom to two high school-aged
kids, who has learned to make fitness a part of every day
life. “The
revelation came at the time of the big 4-0 .. I was not liking
who I was and how I was feeling. I’ve been working out since
my teens, but never really knew that what I was doing was not
what it took. It wasn’t until that dreaded look in the mirror
one day, and the decision then and there to take control back
of my life that did it. I got a trainer and learned that all
the running and work on those fun thigh machines were not
going to cut it in getting my body back to being healthy and
fit again. I learned how to eat and how to exercise
efficiently to produce the amazing results that I got—a loss
of over 30 pounds and 22 inches. I started my journey in
January and by June of that year I was wearing a string bikini
on our Mexican vacation. It was then I knew that if I could
do it, anyone could! I proceeded to get myself certified to
train and having been going non-stop since. I’ve guided women
and men alike along the path to achieving the dream bodies
they’ve always wanted, and to attain fitness goals they never
thought possible. I’ve stayed on top of the
industry by constantly taking continuing education courses
(Nutrition, Women’s Health, and Youth Fitness to name a few),
and have attended hands-on training seminars and learned
invaluable information from some of the Industry’s best.
